Join our team: assembly technician (Arkansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an assembly technician in Little River County, Arkansas. You will work in a packaging and assembly workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier You should have: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts We offer $24 per hour plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
