Requirements: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Careful handling of tools and components You will clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away.
