Vacancy available: we are hiring a butcher in Howard County, Indiana. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
