Join our team: we are hiring a steward in Camden County, New Jersey. Day to day you will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
