Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On a typical shift you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
