Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Nobles County, Minnesota. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
