Immediate opening: oven operator (Ekiti State)

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Ido-Osi, Ekiti State. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
