Now hiring: we are hiring a digger driver in Clay County, Indiana. The job is on a housing development site. Your main tasks: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels Ideal candidate: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
