We are recruiting: we are hiring a fettler in Wayne County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
