Insulation worker • Sandwell, England

Great opportunity: we are hiring an insulation worker in Sandwell, England. Day-to-day duties: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Willing to travel between sites • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around £14 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
