We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Webster County, Mississippi. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
