Bread baker — Campbell County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Campbell County, Wyoming. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
