Heavy equipment operator — Etsako East

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Etsako East, Edo. You will work at a road-building project. Your main tasks: • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects What we are looking for: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Understanding of safe digging near underground services Rotating shifts.
