Dish pit attendant — Lafayette County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Lafayette County, Wisconsin. The job is at a banquet hall. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
