The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Full-time, day shift.
