Argon welding operator wanted in Girei

Join our team: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Girei, Adamawa State. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. ₦5,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
