Oven operator wanted in Abaji

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Abaji, Federal Capital Territory. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate 5+ years on the tools preferred. ₦175,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
