Vacancy available: oven operator (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Clinton County, Kentucky. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
