You should have: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing On a typical shift you will install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings.
