Immediate opening: we are hiring a stone mason in Taylor County, Kentucky. You will work on a residential building site. The role involves restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish; cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat; work from cutting lists and installation drawings; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team Part-time with flexible hours. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
