Bread and bun maker • Mendocino County, California

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Mendocino County, California. You will be based at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
