Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Crawford County, Illinois. You will be based at a banquet hall. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
