We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Warren County, Iowa. The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
