Concrete labourer — Clinton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Clinton County, Kentucky. The job is in a residential housing project. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours The role involves give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
