Prep cook — Kabo

Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Kabo, Kano State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₦115,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
