You should have: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Willing to travel between sites On a typical shift you will prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations.
