Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Clay County, Alabama. You will work on an industrial coating line. You will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 3+ years on the tools preferred.
