Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection On the job you will handle: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Load and index turning tools in the turret Part-time with flexible hours.
