Day-to-day duties: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
