Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
