Deboner wanted in Gladwin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Gladwin County, Michigan. The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
