Pastry baker wanted in Pennington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Pennington County, South Dakota. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker 6+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
