Powder spray gun operator — Jefferson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Jefferson County, Wisconsin. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
