Powder coating sprayer — Crockett County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Crockett County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 4+ years on the tools preferred.
