Powder coating line operator — Titus County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Titus County, Texas. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime On the job you will handle: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
