Electrical technician — Gumel

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrical technician in Gumel, Jigawa State. You will be based at a residential housing project. The role involves run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable; check earth continuity and earth pit resistance; carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars; size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop; wire single-phase and three-phase distribution boards; crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience 5+ years on the tools preferred.
