Tile installer — Sheffield

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tile installer in Sheffield, England. The job is on a residential construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits Requirements: • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts Part-time with flexible hours. £1,950 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
