Now hiring: we are hiring a tile setter in Adair County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. You will set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
