Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Preble County, Ohio. You will work at a busy building site. What we are looking for: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Day-to-day duties: • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations Part-time with flexible hours.
