Powder coating operator wanted in Lynn County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Lynn County, Texas. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience.
