Foundry operative wanted in Terrell County

Join our team: we are hiring a foundry operative in Terrell County, Texas. You will work on the moulding line. On the job you will handle: • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges You should have: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal Full-time, day shift.
