We are recruiting: we are hiring a single needle operator in Hutchinson County, Texas. The job is at a knitwear stitching unit. Day to day you will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory 1+ years on the tools preferred.
