Cake decorator — Mubi South

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Mubi South, Adamawa State. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
