Join our team: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Adams County, Indiana. The job is in the profile cutting and welding bay. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads Day-to-day duties: • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter 6+ years on the tools preferred.
