Great opportunity: oven operator (Iowa)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Shelby County, Iowa. The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
