Fine-dining server wanted in McMullen County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in McMullen County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 3+ years on the tools preferred.
