Banksman — Tangipahoa Parish

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a power plant. You will calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
