Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Sioux County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time with occasional weekends.
