Meat trimmer — Love County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Love County, Oklahoma. The job is at a halal meat counter. Day-to-day duties: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Full-time, day shift.
