Ideal candidate: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Day-to-day duties: • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
